A traveler completes an online health intake for their destination. No appointment, phone call, or video visit is required. 2. A US-licensed clinician evaluates each request for clinical appropriateness, including allergies, drug interactions, and contraindications. Submitting a request does not guarantee a prescription. 3. When clinically appropriate, the prescription is sent electronically to the traveler's selected pharmacy, where the medication is purchased separately. ## Individual medications - [Acetazolamide (Diamox)](https://www.travelwithwandr.com/medication/acetazolamide): Altitude sickness prevention.
